The members of the Workforce Investment Board are appointed jointly by the Chief Elected Officials of the Workforce Investment Area (Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties). Board members represent:

• Business (always holding a majority of Board seats).
• Organized labor from private and public sectors.
• Governmental and not-for-profit agencies that receive Federal funds to provide employment and training services.
